Andium Homes is Jersey’s largest non-profit provider of affordable housing, responsible for more than 4,700 properties, housing more than 10,000 Islanders.

Partnership Pathway is administered by Andium Homes and is a mechanism to access affordable housing for people who do not ordinarily meet the Affordable Housing Gateway criteria or who may have complex housing needs.

We were asked to create an illustrated Tenancy Agreement booklet for Partnership Pathway to give to their tenants. The aim was to make it easily understood with clearly instructive illustrations for tenants who may have trouble understanding.
